Requirements for H1-B Visas
Here are the requirements you must meet in order to obtain an H1-B visa.
A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required as a minimum education level.
It is necessary to have a valid job offer from a US employer.
12 years of experience is required.
The employer must show that no other US citizen is available to fill the position for which a foreign employee is being considered.
You must be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a specialised field.
The employer must file a petition for an H1-B visa on the ICERT website using Form ETA-9035 and Form I-129, stating that the non-immigrant will be paid a fair wage and that the foreign worker will be on a temporary work permit.
